Notary Service

Those interested in having an RFO Affiliate perform Notary Services can Contact Us to schedule a walk-in service (client comes to us), or an out-call service (an RFO Affiliate comes to the client). Additional charges will apply for travel.

Fees will be according to the NV Secretary of State guidelines

Acknowledgements

First Signature $5.00

Each Additional Signature $2.50

Jurats

Each Signature $5.00

Oath Without Signature (Depositions) $2.50

Certified Copy $2.50

Travel Fees

6am-7pm $10.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)

7pm-6am $25.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
